SPIN CONTROL review

Romance Junkies – an internet review site – sent me a sneak peek of the review they’re going to post for SPIN CONTROL. I’m crazy about this review because the reaction of the reviewer – Kerensa Wilson – was exactly the way I felt when I was writing this book, and therefor exactly what I wanted readers to feel.

Here’s how Kerensa summed it all up:

SPIN CONTROL is a delightful, witty, and thrilling book. Suzannah’s responses to Justin’s unabashed attempts to seduce her had me roaring with laughter. The closer Suzannah came to the truth about Justin, the more my heart began pounding for her. Suzannah Ryder has all the necessities of any great heroine, brains, charm, and courage. Not to mention a sexy man to defend in court.

Suzannah made me laugh too, and it’s so much fun to know that that translated to the page. Check out Kerensa’s review for a good summary of the plot also. I love it when reviewers can tell a bit of the story without giving too much away. The review isn’t posted yet, but when it is, I’ll try to remember to blog a link.

P.S. Paul and I are going on an adventure this week -- driving through Utah and checking out some national parks. I probably won't be blogging since I don't have a wireless internet device yet. Ugh, I've got to make a decision about that soon! Anyway, bye for now, and see you when I get back!

Thanks, Karm. It's always fun to get a great review, but when the reviewer keys in on the very things I loved about writing the book, then it's just downright magical. That's why I loved your review of IDENTITY CRISIS!

I posted another SPIN CONTROL review link in the sidebar of the blog -- Amelia at cataromance really "got" Justin and Suzannah too.

I wish Bombshell could have lasted forever, but short of that, it means a lot that SPIN CONTROL found an appreciative home on some bookshelves.
